ICBC wanted a communication tool educating brokers on how to best communicate the upcoming changes to the insurance model to their customers.

Our team was brought in to produce a training video that displayed the types of conversations brokers could anticipate having with clients in the coming months. That is why we sought to represent what a typical customer interaction might look like and covered many of the key questions that might come up during this type of interaction.

As a result, the brokers who watched the video ended up with a better understanding of the new model and a clear idea of how to present it to clients.
