Using Video to Communicate Change

Communications plays a critical role in change management within organizations. How you communicate affects how your employees and external stakeholders understand, engage with, and feel about coming changes. Video can be a powerful tool in communicating change, but only if used effectively.

As part of an organizational change management team, she currently leads communications for a major technology project which had its first launch in January 2020. In 2019, she completed her Associate Certificate in Change Management from UBC Sauder.
